About Our Park

Connecting With Nature

The Friends of Carnwath is an organization working with the Town, members of the public, and other historical societies and organizations that will assist in the  beautification and restoration of the buildings and grounds that comprise the 99.7 acres of Carnwath Farms Historic Site and Park in the Wheeler Hill Historic District.

Our goal is to see Carnwath Farms Historic Site and Park become a heritage tourism destination for the public and will increase a sense of community in the Town of Wappinger.
