With the Hudson being a natural migratory flyway, Carnwath’s hillside location makes it a perfect spot to create areas of rest and repast for birds.
We will partner with the Town of Wappinger to help it fulfill its role as property owner while advocating for the repair and restoration of the six buildings on site to become sources of revenue for the Town.
